Building Process
Building these boards is unique process which requires many steps and attention to detail. When we get the order, we get the specifications of the theme of the board and what the customer wants. From there we get to work. We get high quality lumber which we build our boards with. When they are assembled we heavily sand the boards and apply a wood filler to create a fresh and even surface to each board. Once the boards are built to "American Cornhole Association (ACA)" standards, comes the design steps. I design your boards custom vinyl decal to your logo,mascot, etc which will be the heart of your boards. Once the decal is in, we match the exact colors on the decal to the exact colors we will paint the boards with. We apply a coat of primer to the boards then we apply anywhere from 2-5 coats of paint to the boards depending on the colors. Once that is finished, the decal is applied. After the decal is smoothed out with no blemishes, we apply a water-based polycrylic which makes the boards an even and smooth surface. Next comes the finishing details. We apply a handle to each side of the boards for easy carry. Then velcro is applied to the back of the legs for secure storage. A set of rules and distance disks which measure the distance between each one is included in each set. The last step of the process is to GET TOSSIN!
